Some Old Animation Tests

I made these awhile back when I was trying to flesh out the story, character, and animation style. They are very rough but they helped point me more towards what I want the end product to be.

Merv Turnaround

Here is a really rough turn around of "Merv". I'm still working out the kinks but I'm getting in to a groove. Hope yall dig it.

Newer concepts

More concepts for the main character. The story line has changed a lot as you can tell. This is Merv. I hope to have a turn around done for him soon. keep checking in it for updates.

CHUBBY KIDS

I have a Pacific Islander Friend. He wanted to be in this short. Unfortunately all chubby Asian kids I draw end up looking like Russell from UP. I had fun with this one though and who knows he may very well end up as a character.

EVEN MORE CONCEPTS...and a ninja

Creating more concepts for yet another character as the story evolves and changes. I'm shooting for no more than 4 characters. I think that is pushing it but The story kind of calls for it. I also threw in a super sweet ninja that has nothing to do with anything.
